The AWS-001 is a lightweight, air-cooled, oxygen / propane-operated, ground-mounted, instant fire, automatic weapon simulator designed for either automatic fire (15-round/sec) or semi-automatic fire (single shot) through a fire selector switch. The simulator has a 30 second safe arm function when power is applied and the unit is turned on.

The black subdued finish and sleek rugged design of the AWS enhances its concealment against enemy observation and cover from enemy fire. The construction of the housing gives the simulator the ability to fire multiple shots without overheating, all while the ability to withstand different weather conditions.
